Vendor table terms & conditions

1. This is a request to sell/vend or promote a product/service via a table at Hindi Manch Rashtriya Mahotsav.
2. Hindi Manch reserves the right to cancel this agreement if it feels that your product/service or sampling effort generates risk or liability concerns. taken of your participation may be used by the event producers in any legal manner or to document, promote or advertise future, related events. All rights by the vendor are waived and the event producer and those acting on behalf of the producer are released of any and all liability resulting from the use of any photos or video. It is further understood that there is no compensation to the vendor or any person shown in the photos or videos by the event producer or anyone acting on behalf of the event producer.
3. By submitting this form, you agree that any photos or videos taken of your participation may be used by the event producers in any legal manner or to document, promote or advertise future, related events. All rights by the vendor are waived and the event producer and those acting on behalf of the producer are released of any and all liability resulting from the use of any photos or video. It is further understood that there is no compensation to the vendor or any person shown in the photos or videos by the event producer or anyone acting on behalf of the event producer.
4. Vendors need to take full responsibility for their table and products. Hindi Manch & Burlington High School will not be responsible for products being displayed.
5. Vendors can choose to leave their display and products in the school during the three-day event or duration of the days chooses at their own risk. Hindi Manch & Burlington High School will not be responsible for that.
6. Table set-ups include one six (6) foot table and two (2) standard sized folding chairs. Vendors are not guaranteed access to electric outlets. Vendors are not allowed to attach (i.e. tape, glue, nail, etc.) any items or promotional materials to facility walls, windows, floors or doors. In addition, Vendors are not permitted to employ any tactics that obstruct the walkway area.
7. Vendors bringing clothes rack will only get one table.
8. Following are the setup and event times:
   1. On November 30, 2018:
      1. Set up time: 5:00 pm
      2. Event Time: 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm;
   2. December 1, 2018
      1. Set up time: 4:00 pm
      2. Event Time: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
   3. December 2, 2018:
      1. Set up time is 10:00 am
      2. Event Time: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

On Sunday December 2, 2018 All vendors should wrap up by 7:30 PM.
